For decades, my work moved through executive leadership, organizational transformation, coaching, and human development.
For years, I led the People, Talent, and Culture function for an organization seeking to defeat cancer at early stages during a period of nearly tenfold growth, and earlier held leadership and advisory roles with global organizations. Years later, I founded a social impact consultancy through which I’ve worked with leaders across technology, life sciences, public health, government, nonprofits, and other institutions navigating change.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Integral Coach, and I train and certify aspiring coaches. Over the course of my career, I’ve coached hundreds of leaders and facilitated leadership and development experiences for more than 15,000 people.
My training also spans developmental theory, somatics, IFS-informed coaching, meditation, end-of-life care, and yoga; I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
And some of what shapes this work cannot be credentialed.
Grief, death, trauma, love, parenthood, identity, queerness, whiteness, and the suffering in the world have all changed my relationship to time—and to what I am willing to spend a life serving.
They have taught me that insight is rarely the difficult part. The difficult part is allowing what you know to change how you live.
